My name is Michael Turner. I am the writer of Middle Age Ramblings. I am 56 years old, married, with 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law,and  3 grandsons. I am a follower of Christ first, but I am far from perfect as you will see as I write. I will write devotions and other blog posts about my faith in Christ, but I promise not to be too preachy. God hasn’t called me to do that, just to tell everyone what He’s doing in my life. I get so exited watching God’s plan unfold. It’s my wish as best I can to take part in God’s plans.

I have many opinions about issues of the day which means I will write about those as well from time to time. I will also tell stories about my family and some of the people I run into from day-to-day.

Professionally, I am not a writer although I’ve always wanted to be one. I am an engineer by profession.

It is my hope that you will check out my blog from time to time. Always feel free to comment  positively or negatively about what you read. After all, we all have different opinions about life. Also constructive criticism is the only way I will grow and get better as a writer.
